Since 1997, he has founded and led multiple companies focused on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), delivering high-performance operating models across human capital–intensive environments. His work has been recognized for creating best-in-class service infrastructures that prioritize efficiency, accountability, and exceptional client outcomes—several of which were ultimately acquired by global organizations.
